Kozak Park Revitalization Project

I’m happy to report that I was able to expedite the revitalization of Kozak Park and to see the completion of a new playground, concrete curbs and walkways, lighting, site furnishings, a much-needed concrete barrier fence along the north property line, tree planting, and site restoration. Some conifer trees that were obstructing views into the park and conflicting with the new playground layout were removed. However, additional deciduous trees were planted around the play areas for shade, and a central seating area with tables and umbrellas were added.
